Nice hotel in Tucson. A fridge, coffee/tea making machines and a work desk available in the a double room. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Location next to downtown Tucson. A great selection of food options at a short distance from the venue.

Tucson International airport was hardly 19 minutes away by car. Loved TV set, a microwave oven and a fridge in the room...

great stay but check-in needs improvement

The king room I stayed in was trendy and impeccably clean, providing an inviting atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night. Staff members were genuinely helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist, especially the morning manager who helped me find my lost glasses. The breakfast options included a convenient on-the-go hot sandwich.

The check-in process felt a bit rushed and lacked warmth.

The check-in was downright curt, and they should have rolled out the red carpet for me. Breakfast was unimaginitive, and, the loud fridge ruined my chances of getting a good night's sleep. I can't believe I didn't even receive a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, totally beneath a Hilton brand.

Paying extra for parking feels a bit off, especially since the garage seems part of the hotel. The gate to the parking garage didn't cooperate well with the room key, leading to awkward calls for help at times. Light and noise levels in the room could disturb a night's sleep, with a loud fridge and buzzing devices. The breakfast is repetitive and not that great. It could definitely use more variety and fresh options.

Hotel's location near downtown Tucson is fantastic. Unfortunately, the check-in process felt rushed and unwelcoming.

The process to park here is cumbersome and overpriced!!! The check-in experience lacked warmth and efficiency. Waiting in line was like an eternity!!! The sliding barn doors in the bathroom might be trendy, but functionality suffers!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed the fabulous rooftop pool that allowed me to relax after exploring downtown. The hotel staff were accommodating, awesome for an early check-in. The breakfast was good with plenty of options.

The rooftop pool is perfect. Rooms were clean and trendy, and the breakfast options were quite decent. Definitely recommend checking out the cozy lobby area too.

The breakfast choices were great and filling, and I loved having a spacious room with a clever shower setup. the parking fees were unexpected. I'd definitely stay here again!
